I had a great stay in September and really enjoyed the breakfast with delicious food and quality coffee.

Hotel impossibile da trovare perchè l'indirizzo è sbagliato e porterebbe su una rotonda, oltretutto non esistono cartelli per arrivarci. Struttura improvvisata hotel, personale scorbutico a conduzione familiare, non davano neanche il buongiorno!! Tristissimo veramente!! Al bar in vetrina c'erano solo 3 scatolette di tonno e 2 lattine di olive!! Piscinetta sporca nell'atrio. Camere orripilanti con tanto di crocevia di formicaio tra il bagno e l'armadio... (Povere bestioline!!) Bagno sporco, vasca con muffa e wc maleodorante!! Finestra rotta, senza aria condizionata (c'è però un utilissimo ventilatore nell'armadio lercio!) Mai più e mai poi!!

A clean and modern Queen room with a tidy bathroom, accommodating staff, amazing location - highly recommend this place!

It was good value for money, staff were very pleasant, location was very good and very quiet with plenty of parking spaces just outside hotel and no noise from any of the other residents either l

Bathroom was very tired looking and not even soap at the sink. Bed sheets were very thing, almost transparent. Towels were also very very old.

Enjoyed big bathroom and a flat-screen TV and a balcony in our double room. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to the beautiful harbour and town with all the restaurants and cafes, all the lovely beaches of western Menorca and historic center through the city.

The staff here were super friendly and had a really positive attitude 😊.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Always a smile no matter what you asked for. The location was an easy walk to the beach and the port and many restaurants. The hotel was in a quiet part of town yet close to everything. The price was good value. You could eat as much as you wanted at breakfast.

Breakfast didn´t vary but good value for money and sufficient to start the day.

Nice stuff, the surrounding is very quiet, it's very relaxed - the reception is a bar at the same time, there is music in it...

Room was spotless throughout our stay, the cleaners were very friendly too. The location is great for the centre of Ciudadella and 5 mins slow walk away from the lovely little beach at Playa Gran. The pool was great for our little one too. Our room was on the ground floor of a little annexe, again great for us because of our baby although very hot as we couldn't leave the windows open in the day when we were out. All in all good value budget hotel, suited our needs perfectly.

We knew there was no aircon but as were on the ground floor and couldn't leave windows open, the little fan wew were given was not up to the job. This is the only little niggle though.

Spacious, clean rooms; great location and value for money. Staff generally efficient and friendly.

Noise from adjoining rooms can be an irritant. Rainwater leaked into the room of one of my friends.

Our queen room had its own bathroom and was newly renovated.

People were very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were comfortabele. Swimmingpool was very clean and the bar was nice. Hotel is close by the centre and the beach.

The queen room had a private bathroom and a balcony, and the bed was comfortable, creating a quiet atmosphere.
